It appears there may be a drive failure with that error message.

You can try this:

Power off and unplug. Press/hold power button for ~15 sec.

Open the case and check the cables to the hard drive(s)

Others have reported cables coming off the drive during shipping and/or a cable rubbing on fan blades.

If that doesn't help, contact Dell Tech Support ASAP. Next time you go to the Dell Support page for help, be sure to select your country in upper left corner before clicking on any of the links on the page, so you'll be offered the correct contact info for the UK.  eg, go here to email UK tech support.
