I have Dimension 9200C, earlier I got a blue screen and decided to restart the PC. Then suddenly it can't open. The power supply is fan is not rotating and the power led light is blinking. I tried to remove all the parts like hard drive, memory. Then return just a single module of memory. The light still blinking and it cannot run. I tried to use different power supply and still the same, lights still blinking. Please help.
