Sorry, but why should Dell make an just exception for you? You ordered a system with Win 8 and you got what you ordered. It's nobody else's fault you don't like Win 8, aside from those stupid morons at Microsoft who designed it. You should be complaining to Microsoft.
If you bought a car with automatic transmission and after driving it for a while decided you prefer one with a 5-speed manual, would you expect the car dealer to swap vehicles for you?
You can install Classic Shell or Start8 in ~5 min and from there on, Win 8 can look and work just like Win 7. You won't have to deal with that idiotic "Metro" interface unless you want it, though I personally find no reason to want to see it.
