1 yes I have a hp folio notebook

2 I currently have 64bit OS  with Windows 7 64bit on my dell inspiron. I meant earlier that I thought if I overclocked I may have to buy another version of windows. I guess not by your response.

"There is one unfortunate thing - you have to install CPU, change case and install new CPU cooler all in one giant step! Because CPU cooler is too tall to fit in the original case. Or, you have to upgrade everything else first, and then do CPU, CASE, COOLING."

Thats fine with me, I was using those steps as a refference. I think I can get by with changing everything over first, then upgrading the rest. I have not ordered any parts as of yet so I'm open to which way to start, as long as I know I'll be able to use it inbetween getting the upgrades.

Edit I was thinking about just going ahead and moving everything to new case as it is. Then the next steps.
