Dell Optiplex with AMT Out of band mangement?

Hy,

there is a Dell Optiplex with AMT Out of band mangement?

Intel site says Yes https://msp.intel.com/find-a-vpro-system, but a Dell doc http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/dell_optiplex_9010_spec_sheet.pdf says No

There is a model or this tecnology is going to die?

My need are kvm session to control the boot process and eventually configuring the bios from remote.
