Computer - Dell Vostro 220 tower win7 64 bit
Hello, I am having an issue with the computer locking up while playing games, I can use the onboard video and the game will play normally except the graphics are not that good, but the game is playable, the problem I am having is when I install and use a pci or a pci-e video card the computer locks up within a minute or so, I have to unplug the computer, is there some kind of conflict with the onboard video and the ad on card? Is there a list of cards compatible with this computer? I tried an ATI hd7470 pci-e and a geforce 6200 pci, I also tried to put on a better cpu cooler, thinking the cpu was overheating, but the computer is fine running the game with the onboard graphics. The only game I play is cod-uo.
