Hello.
I have DELL XPS 8500. On the upper panel there are two USB ports. I would not call it front panel because on the front there are also 2 USB ports.
One of the USB ports on the upper panel has a lightning symbol next to it. I would expect this means that the port is powered even when computer is off. But it is not.
Could you please tell me how I can make at least one USB port powered when the computer is off so I can charge my Wireless USB mouse when the computer is shut down.
