The manuals and available online help are definitely sub-standard. I had to call tech support for a really stupid reason and it took an absurdly long time to get the answer. At least they stuck with it until the question what answered, so I give them credit for that. I can only assume that they are busy trying to fix the problem since it has to be costing them money.
I got mine two days ago, and did not have any problems with McAfee.
