Bev, it's solid. Would I be able to go to Best Buy to buy the Motherboard? Will a new motherboard make accessing my PC possible if that is the problem?

What colour is the power light?

If the motherboard is the issue, then after replacing, providing it's installed correctly, the e521 should boot normally/

I doubt that Best Buy, or even Dell has an obsolete EOL e521 BTX motherboard for sale, better to browse eBay and third party vendors
