No even have any improvement to my infrared receiver, despite that I tried any methods, including delete and reinstall R305776.
I suspect if this is problem resulting from the motherboard replacement, or if the receiver was not plugged in. but how come the driver or device shows working probably in the device manager?
you got the point that 'more problems result from an onsite visit; that's what I experience in the past weeks. and Dell tech support or customer service are even less patient and experienced to deal with my case.
this Wednesday the onsite tech would be coming for the third time. just finger cross they won't make my computer even worst
