i need help
i have dimension e 510 with windows xp 32 bit and i am trying to get to windows 7 how do i get there what do i have to buy i bought at a sale a windows 7 upgrade program from vista and i can not get it to run i also have windows 7 start up disk for dell and can not get that to run either both get to windows is starting on screen and wont go further someone guide me please thanks
