It said it was going to update and needed to restart, so i saved all my work and let it shut down. (the shutdown was automatic on a countdown).
Instead of restarting however, it gives me a page with blue text on top saying "Use the arrow keys to move pointer...ect."
Then below it in yellow text: "boot mode set to:UEFI ; Secure boot: ON"
Below that in white "UEFI BOOT :" and "Other Options:"
Below that in gray "setup" "change boot mode setting" and "diagnostic".
When it first happened I assumed I would have to run diagnostics to proceed...
I did that, first the initial one, which took 5 minutes and told me everything appeared fine,
And then when that didn't get me any progress, I started the advanced one...
Which after two hours, said my system was fine.
Then it rebooted to exactly the same place.
I've gone to the blue and gray BIOS page, and tried to find answers there, but nothing I can seem to change makes any difference.
I figured maybe something was changed in the script somehow, so I went to the "exit" tab and tried to click "load setup defaults", but when I go to save changes and exit a message saying "formset 98FBBCFB-1392-4FDE-ABB8-C41CC5A7D6D
Failed to save storage: BOOT_MENU_BOOT_ITEMS. status: Acces Denied"
I bought this computer only a couple months ago..
I didn't drop it or spill anything on it, and it was working perfectly fine until it told me it needed to restart for an update and have me this...
Please! Someone help! :(
