Try and see if this works for you

So I have been plagued with this issue as well on several dells. this only happened when I first opened them and blew out some dust with some canned air. For some reason I discovered that slightly and carefully nudging the base of where the heat sync is this should fix the issue. It blows out like this as a warning to say that everything there isn't secure so by nudging these areas it gave it the security that it needed.
