That doesn't look like a "normal" D8400 setup. Did somebody mod this system?
Eg, where is the green shroud assembly - or did you remove it for the photos?
Is that a fan on the "top" of the heat sink in that last picture? That's not a standard location for the fan in the 8400. And what's with the white tie wraps?
