No boot device available

Hello, I have recently encountered a problem with my Alienware x51 with the OS of windows 7, when I try to boot my computer up it says

"No boot device available.

Strike the F1 key to retry boot, F2 to run the setup utility"

This happened on 4/12/2013 when I got home (around 3:00) and It had been working fine when I left. (around 7:15 AM)

I had recently tried to clear a disk that had a 415 MB of data on it, and I was unsuccessful.

I turned off my computer for the day, and (like I said) when I got back this happened

In the setup utility I tried changing the sequence of what it boots, but that didn't work.

I have searched everywhere on the internet, and alienware decided that I didn't need a disk to restore it to factory settings if needed...

If anyone knows how to fix this, I would be grateful...

Note: sadly, I run a youtube channel and this is keeping me from getting content out to my subscribers, so anyone... ANYONE who can do this for me, I would be grateful
