The heatsink is fitted fine. I just updated all the drivers and I doubt the thermal paste could be an issue. I don't think I put too much on, and it is Arctic Silver's Ceramic thermal compound so even if any of it gets on the motherboard, since it has no metal, nothing will happen. I upgraded to Video driver 10.something for the ATI X300 (What I have).
