Why is the boot hard drive on SATA1? It should be on SATA0.
Why do you unplug PC? Can't you leave it powered off but still plugged in?
If it worked ok after doing all that stuff, at least until you shut down and unplugged. then you may have:
- Dead motherboard battery
- Motherboard battery installed upside-down
- Battery not making good contact - Inspect and carefully/gently wipe the socket with lint-free cloth. Remove fingerprints from battery and hold only by edges.
- CMOS chip on motherboard failed and won't holding settings
