I have this problem my ex os was windows 7 premium but in my dell desk writhed design for xp
I cant find my model number throw dell Auto product tag cos the software need version 4 but in desk of PC writhed model number : DCCY
in my device manager both Multimedia Audio Controller and SM Bus Controller are yellow
please help me
