Can you describe what you see on the screen as the computer tries to boot? After the blue stripe you usually get a statement that the computer is loading the descriptor for PBR-2, which results in handing off to the Windows loader. Is this the point at which you see the blue screen, and can you see an error message on the screen?
It appears that the restore process executed normally, but there may be something on the restore image that wants to see the RAID instead of a single drive. If you go back to the RAID configuration screen, what report do you see?
