I feel your pain. My computer is a 9100 XPS with 12 gig of RAM and I had everything replaced, some parts were replaced twice and my computer still freezes. I did Dell Image Restore a few times, then I also did a clean format and reinstall of Windows 7, nothing is working. I accepted the fact that the computer hardware parts are not compatible with other parts that Dell assembled, that is why I think it is freezing. I did everything, and now my two year warranty is up. I asked Dell for a replacement computer but they refused.
