diagnostics passed but did try another way and got error code 800070490, i was tryin get hold of dell support but each time it askin for my service tag which is entered correct, and cant get passed it to get intouch, never made a repair disc as of yet but was going to get round to make one
so just little puzzled why will not do a factory restore , is there a cd i can get to sort it as not brill with computers
