Did removing the malware solve the browser window problem?
Go to the Adobe Flash site and look for their tool to remove exisiting versions of Flash. That's the only correct way to remove Flash. Get the tool directly from Adobe, nowhere else.
When Flash is removed, reboot and download the latest version directly from the Adobe site. That's what works on my system running XP SP3 when Flash isn't working right.
