Please share the Operating System installed on the desktop.
Please try the steps given below to identify any hardware failure:
- Reboot and tap the F12 to enter the One Time Boot Menu.
- When the boot device list appears, scroll down to the Diagnostics option using the down arrow key and press Enter.
- The computer begins to run the Pre-boot System Assessment, a series of embedded diagnostics that perform initial testing on your system board, keyboard, hard drive, and display.
- In case any hardware component is bad, you will get a corresponding error.
Also, try to boot the system to safe mode and check if are able to get the display there. Following are the steps to boot to safe mode:
- Restart the system and tap the F8 key to get to the Windows Advance Option Menu.
- Use the down arrow key to scroll down to the Safe Mode and press the Enter key.
- The system will boot to safe mode now.
