My 2320 Inspiron desktop touch screen stops working about once a week. I called technical & they had me download an updated BIOS. Didn't fix the problem. Now they suggest have a tech come out to switch the LCD screen, but it seems to me to be a software issue since most of the time it works. I think it's happening only when it comes out of sleep mode, so I'm looking at that. Tech seems not to know what to do about this problem.
