Dell Dimension 9200 and SSD

Hi,

I have a old Dell Dimension 9200.

I'll buy a solid state disk: Smasung 840 120GB, but my system board controller ICH8R support only SATA drive.

I have the PCIe x4 slot free.

It's a good choice to buy an ASUS U3S6 for connect the SSD:
