Only one 2G module was installed from the factory. Still would like to know which pair (BLUE or BLACK) is the first bank? Installed the two new 4G modules in the BLACK slots and the BIOS recognized the increase in memory but can only detect 4G not 8G. Windows 8 can see all 8G but can only use 4G.
