Let me start out by saying that I only use my computer for email, looking around the internet and emailing pictures.
I bought an Inspiron One2320 in May. I have been unable to email pictures since then. Before the new purchase I had no trouble using my Yahoo to email pictures from Picasa. I only want Yahoo as my email. I made Yahoo my default and still nothing. Finally, I decided to go to the DELL chat. The person, Syed, went to Windows Live Mail and put my Yahoo in there somehow and then 1800 emails just started pouring in. He said that I had to delete them since they were taking up too much space. I still can't email pictures. Here are my questions: 1). Where did this Windows Live email account come from? 2). I didn't set anything up to have a Windows Live email account, so how could 1800 emails come into my computer - I only have Yahoo for an email. 3). I don't even know where to find the Windows Live email to delete these and how do I get rid of the Windows email account - I don't even know what my email or PW is.
If I have to change from Yahoo to Windows to email from Picasa, how do I notify everyone of this change? I use Picasa because it's simple. I would change to a different photo "software" if it was simple and I could email using Yahoo.
I only want to email pictures to family and friends. It shouldn't be this hard.
Can anyone help me, please?
