My point was I deal with a lot of different models of many different ages - today alone I have dealt with 745's 755's 760's 790's and 7010's not to mention a couple different Precision models. Forget I said 10 years - pretend I said 4 or 5 years.
It is a pain to look up the BIOS revision of even 5 computer models every day to see if they have changed - even if I just look by model and not service tag. It would be MUCH easier if there was a page that was updated to show the current revision for each model. As the Dell rep explained - thats not an option so I will use the method I described above.
