well thats great news! I'm glad that you have got the ball rolling. I will await patiently for a reply from either you are your dell employee contact . by the way, a temp solution to the mouse and keyboard freezing up is to unplug them from the back usb slots and into the one's on the front, the one's located behind the sliding utility door. This will enable the mouse and keyboarding working again, however if they lock up once more, switching them back won't help as it did the first time. I appreciate your help and fast responses.
