My Optiplex GX270 Small Mini tower just started to make a low humming noise when I turn it on. It was always very quiet pretty much couldn't hear it at all.
All the diagnostic lights are green.The only upgrade I did was the graphic card, an ATI Raedon 9550. Could this be a serious problem?
