i got my dell november last year, so far its had a new motherbourd a new hard drive a new disk drive a new battery and the screen now freezes and trips out if you adjust the lid, my waranty ran out 2 days before the new problem and now im expected to pay, i want to complain but noone on the phone can help me. just more emails and more send it in and we will charge you for it!! why should i pay the product ahas not performed has not met its lifespan and in less than a year half of the <ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> thing has been replaced. im fuming £850 on a cut and shut! if anyone knows how to complain id love to know because this thing wants scrapping and quality check doing on a new one for me, ive had to empty my hard drive 5 times now, just incase they erase all my work and family stuff. i would love to email how inferior my product is!
