I don't understand or accept your logic about repeating questions forum.It seem as to me that what you are saying is that if a person has a problem with his Dell computer that he/she must search and read through the millions, if not billions of postings, first to see if someone else maybe years ago answered that question before he/she could post his/her problem... That is totally ridiculous and a cop out for lazy support people. If the support person himself feels that he has already covered the topic before he is the one that should be referring the end user with the problem to the alleged posting if he so desired. It is no one business, especially they do not work as support people for Dell, to admonish or reprimand unsuspected end users just because they have a question that may have been answered on this forum before. You may be one to keep track of every single posting here but some people have a life...
