Dell studio XPS 7100 slightly has an edge over Dell XPS 410 as the former is a newer model and an advanced one too when compared to the latter.

Dell studio XPS 7100 processors are newer, memory can go up to 16GB, memory used is DDR3 1333 MHz, etc.

Dell XPS 410 processors are little bit outdated when compared to 7100, memory can go up to 4GB, memory used is 533/667/800 MHz DDR2, etc
