Clickfree has several variants. May I know the model# of the drive you purchased?
There is no option to add "Boot to USB" drive in system BIOS. However, In order to restore the computer from Clickfree, you would need to connect the Clickfree drive to computer and then choose the restore option. For more information on this, you can check link: http://bit.ly/WxB55T
